Artwork Return Policy

 

La Panthère Blanche JP is concerned about the satisfaction of its customers and this is why it offers the possibility of returning a work under certain conditions:

 

  • The buyer has seven days from the day he received the original work to notify La Panthère Blanche JP of his intention to return it by writing to jessie.mysteryvalley@gmail.com

  • The work must be returned in the packaging in which it arrived or if the buyer no longer has this packaging, it is his responsibility to obtain the packaging necessary for the safe transport of the work. (Valid for works delivered as well as collected in the workshop).

  • If the work is damaged during transport, in addition to the seven days to send to La Panthère Blanche JP its intention to return, the buyer must take a photo of the damaged work that he must provide when communicating at jessie.mysteryvalley@gmail.com .

  • Delivery and handling costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer (except in the event of breakage of the work during transport)

  • La Panthère Blanche JP does not support returns of reproductions produced by Pictorem. See their return policy at https://www.pictorem.com/fr/quality.html

  • Returns do not apply to works bearing the mention "Final sale"

  • As soon as the buyer has indicated his intention to return a work, he is responsible for having it forwarded to 142 rue Church, Cowansville, Quebec, Canada, J2K 1V1.

  • The reimbursement of the work is made after receipt of it at the workshop of La Panthère Blanche JP within five working days and is made in the same method of payment used by the buyer to acquire the work.
